Overview
SystemSculpt strives to make sure the Obsidian AI plugin and related resources meet your expectations. This Refund Policy explains when refunds or credits are available.
Subscription Plans
Monthly subscriptions may be canceled at any time from the dashboard. Charges that have already been processed are non-refundable, but your access continues through the paid billing period.
Downloads and Digital Products
Downloadable resources are delivered immediately after purchase. Because digital assets cannot be returned, all sales are final unless required otherwise by local law.
Services and Deposits
Service deposits begin paid discovery deliverables (not just to hold a spot). Discovery is a standalone deliverable, and if you stop there you keep the blueprint and build plan. If after intake I determine the engagement is not a fit, I refund the deposit. If intake confirms fit and implementation work starts, completed discovery work and work already performed are non-refundable. When a deposit is offered as credit toward a fixed-price service, the credit window and remaining balance are listed on the checkout page and receipt.
Failed Delivery
If you experience technical issues accessing a resource or license, contact support within 14 days. I will work with you to restore access, provide an alternate format, or issue a refund when I cannot deliver the product.
Chargebacks
Unauthorized or fraudulent charges should be disputed with your payment provider. I reserve the right to suspend accounts involved in chargebacks until the investigation is complete.

Email support@systemsculpt.com or use the contact form with your order details and a description of the issue. I respond within two business days.
Changes to This Policy
I may modify this policy to reflect new offerings or regulations. Updates will be posted with a new effective date.
